These before and after pictures and video of a balcony that I freshly renovated for a client. This balcony used to have no function due to previous furniture placements, cleanliness, and organization. Before the renovation, the balcony was unusable due to clutter. During the renovation, the balcony needed a good scrubbing along with decluttering. 
After the renovation, the balcony felt like a tropical get away with a bit of Asian influence. The balcony is now a safe, usable space and glows beautifully from the inside of the condo when looking out the sliding glass doors, inviting to all.
